Delete your account

What's deleted

• Your account, and the characters, looks and buildings on it.
• Your mana, bonus mana and pixel dust.
• Your Member ID. It's retired for good and never given to anyone else.

It happens straight away and can't be undone. If you sign in again later with the same Google account, you'll start a brand-new free account.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions.

Your chats and logs are kept only on your phone, never on our servers. Deleting here or in the app clears them too: from here, your phone clears them the next time Yapkins opens with an internet connection. Reports you sent about a character's message are kept without your name on them. So are counts of how often each character was used, with nothing left to tie them to you. The Yapkins email list is separate: every email from it has a way to unsubscribe.

Your account has been deleted

Everything in it is gone, and we've emailed you to say so. Your phone clears what Yapkins kept for it the next time the app opens with an internet connection.
